Case Summary
The Secretary of Homeland Security revoked an approved visa petition after finding that it was based on a sham marriage. The Court held that the revocation was a discretionary decision within the jurisdiction-stripping provision of the immigration laws. Federal courts therefore lacked jurisdiction to review the revocation.
